Study show the relevance of STD for the teenage age group that happen, mainly, to the increasing precocity of sex relations, the increase in the number of sex partners and the lack of constancy in the use of preservatives. Across this study intend to describe the profile clinical and epidemiologic patient adolescent care in the sector of STD FSCMPA in the period of January until December of 2004. Data were collected from analyses patient records seen at the sector of STD-FSCMPA. During the year of 2004, care were in the sector 676 patients of first care with diagnosis of STD, with 219 patients adolescents (32,4%). The profile finded were of woman (65,8%), with 41,7% of woman pregnancy. The media age of 17 year. In relation married or single, were predominant single (78,1%). Adolescent that searched the sector, 67,6% residented in capital and were students (63,0%). In total of patients in question, 51,1% were dark. Were checked that 79,9% the diagnosis were only clinical, with high happened of condiloma (83,1%). Realized that the patients taked of one until three months in media to search care medical after the appearance of symption. The exams more request this sector were: VDRL (63,4%) and serology to HIV (44,3%). Among the treatment, the more carried, were chemical, with this results, it’s necessary the improvement this sector and the development of strategy in health education with adolescent public. As doenças sexualmente transmissíveis (DST) estão entre os problemas de saúde pública mais freqüentes em todo o mundo. Estudos demonstram a importância das DST na faixa etária adolescente que ocorre principalmente pelo aumento da precocidade nas relações sexuais, o aumento no número de parceiros e a falta constante do uso de preservativos. Através deste estudo pretendeu-se caracterizar o perfil clínico e epidemiológico dos pacientes adolescentes atendidos no setor de DST - FSCMPA no período de janeiro a dezembro de 2004. Foi feito um levantamento a partir da revisão dos prontuários destes pacientes. Durante o ano de 2004, foram atendidos no ambulatório 676 pacientes de primeira consulta com diagnóstico de DST, sendo 219 pacientes adolescentes (32,4%). O perfil encontrado foi na sua maioria mulheres (65,8%), sendo que destas 41,7% estavam grávidas. A média de idade entre os adolescentes foi de 17 anos. Em relação ao estado civil, houve predomínio de solteiros (78,1%). Dos adolescentes que procuraram o setor, 67,6% residiam na capital e eram estudantes (63,0%). Do total de pacientes em questão, 51,1% eram de cor parda. Foi verificado que 79,9% tiveram diagnóstico clínico, com elevado índice de condiloma (83,1%). Notou-se que os pacientes levaram de um a três meses em média para procurar atendimento médico após o aparecimento dos sintomas. Os exames mais solicitados no serviço foram: VDRL (69,4%) e sorologia para HIV (44,3%). Dentre os tratamentos, o mais realizado, foi cauterização química, com aplicação do Ácidotricloroacético (ATA – 60,3%). A taxa de retorno foi de 63,9%.
