This article sought to understand the dynamics of participation of Ferreira Gomes' social movements in the urban land regularization process promoted by the municipality. Based on authors such as Alonso (2009), social movements defined here are based on the theory of political confrontation, therefore, bodies such as municipal councils, churches, associations, street movements and, naturally, grassroots movements with a specific cause. In addition to research in texts, articles, books and documents. Fieldwork was carried out through semi-structured interviews with representatives of social movements that work in Ferreira Gomes in different segments, and also with representatives of municipal government secretariats. The question that guided this work was: do Ferreira Gomes' Social Movements participate in the municipality's urban land regularization policy? Society has no or no participation in the creation and implementation of this policy, given that social mobilization for events organized by the city hall is carried out through digital/social media, that is, the city hall activates the leaders so that they can disseminate the information. Therefore, there is no strong social participation, neither on the part of social movements, nor on the part of other municipal government bodies. The program works in isolation, with the purpose of subdividing urban land, having as an outcome, the delivery of the definitive title. O município de Ferreira Gomes – AP, realiza a partir de 2019 por meio da Lei municipal 320, o Programa de Regularização Fundiária Urbana, denominado “Regulariza Ferreira” que pauta se em regularizar lotes urbanos naquele município. Buscou-se neste artigo, compreender a dinâmica de participação dos movimentos sociais de Ferreira Gomes no processo de regularização fundiária urbana promovida pelo município. Com base em autores como Alonso (2009), movimentos sociais aqui definido é a partir da teoria do confronto político, portanto, organismos como, conselhos municipais, igrejas, associações, movimentos de rua e, naturalmente os movimentos de base de causa especifica. Além de pesquisa em textos, artigos, livros e em documentos. Realizou-se trabalho de campo por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com representantes de movimentos sociais que atuam em Ferreira Gomes em diferentes segmentos e, também com representantes de secretarias do governo municipal. A pergunta que norteou este trabalho foi: os Movimentos Sociais de Ferreira Gomes participam da política de regularização fundiária urbana do município? A sociedade tem nula ou nenhuma participação na criação e implementação desta política, tendo em vista que, a mobilização social para eventos organizados pela prefeitura, é realizada por meio de mídias digitais/sociais, ou seja, a prefeitura aciona as lideranças para que os mesmos possam disseminar a informação. Portanto, não há participação social de modo contundente, nem por parte dos movimentos sociais, nem por parte de outros órgãos de governo municipal.
