Given the particularities of each temporality and region, these events have reached a multiplicity of instances and developments. Under this context, this article aims to analyze the link between multiple crimes in Pará(1877-1900), more precisely in the comarcas of Cachoeira and Benevides, and their relations with land rights and tenure, that is, how the land constituted a major factor of dispute in the eighteen hundreds, present in criminal cases of diverse nature and within different tensions and relationships. Os embates relacionados à ocupação e uso da terra foram frequentes em diversos momentos da história nacional. Dada as particularidades de cada temporalidade e região, estes eventos atingiram uma multiplicidade de instâncias e desdobramentos.
