The project in question is initially applied to the brake system hydraulic generating units HPP TUCURUÍ. This system is composed of hydraulic jacks 16 positioned along the circumference of the rotor of the generator. Loose contact or lock in the drive mechanism of the key purposes of stroke cylinders occur occasionally bringing the need to access the site maintainer (confined space) to identify the cylinder that is with the abnormality. As the environment of the braking system is unhealthy, dangerous and anti ergonomic, the 45 minutes required to check the problem are intensely discomforting and dangerous to the maintainer. Also, flare made for levels of financial losses of the company for the delay in the solution of the abnormality. This project proposal aims at reducing the time of exposure to risk by the maintainer and the reduction of the damage this problem causes the institution. Thus, creating a device that can monitor and report in advance to the Operation and Maintenance teams, the state and location of each of the key purposes of course they are not in compliance at the time the fault occurs, is a solution highly desirable because it allows the operator / maintainer check before entering the generator, how, what and physical location of the end-of -course where will the intervention. This work will benefit like comfort, safety and better self-esteem to the worker and the company increased revenue by reducing the downtime of the system to UGH. Currently being implemented to improve the replication of the other units of the facility. New enhancements to this project are being studied, for example, sending this information to the supervisory system in the Plant Control Room enabling Operation in real time, immediately identify the situation and has to inform the maintenance team. |
