The present work deals with the difficulties that women face when see themselves in the labor market and how these ideas of segregation of women are present, also in the initial training of teachers of Mathematics, as well as in school spaces. The objective of this work is take a look at the female insertion in the labor market and what difficulties are implied in this search, mainly in areas considered inappropriate for women, such as mathematics, for example. We hope to point out elements of analysis and motivate discussions between girls and young women, mobilizing them to seek academic and professional training. |
