The objective of the experiment was to carry out the reorganization of the library concomitantly with the renovation of the building and the objective of the research is to relate the reorganization with the literature on the school library starting from articles found in intuitional bases following patterns identified in the technical literature in the area of Librarianship. Apresenta um relato de experiência na organização do espaço da biblioteca “Bela Aurora Chaves” do Instituto de Educação do Estado do Pará - IEEP no decorrer do curso Técnico em Biblioteconomia.
