This study aims to describe the sociodemographic, lipid and glycemic profile of adults undergoing treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis. This is a cross­sectional study, with adults seen at the Basic Health Unit in the neighborhood of Guamá-­Belém, in Belém­-Pa. Variables were collected regarding the sociodemographic profile (gender, age and education) and the biochemical profile (total cholesterol and fractions and blood glucose). In total, 105 patients participated in the study, most of them male, aged between 40 and 59 years and schooling from 0 to 9 years of study. Regarding the biochemical profile, there was a reduction in the levels of the median values of total cholesterol and fractions in the last month of treatment. There was na increase in median glycemic values between the initial and final period of treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis. A tuberculose pulmonar é uma doença infecto contagiosa que acomete por ano cerca de 10 milhões de pessoas no mundo, seu quadro pode ser agravado por níveis séricos de glicose e lipídeos elevados. Este estudo tem como objetivo geral descrever o perfil sociodemográfico, lipídico e glicêmico de adultos em tratamento para tuberculose pulmonar. Trata-­se de um estudo transversal, com adultos atendidos na Unidade Básica de Saúde no bairro do Guamá, em Belém -PA. Foram coletadas variáveis referentes ao perfil sociodemográfico (gênero, idade e escolaridade) e ao perfil bioquímico (colesterol total e frações e glicemia). No total participaram do estudo 105 pacientes, em sua maioria do sexo masculino, com idade entre 40 e 59 anos e escolaridade de 0 a 9 anos de estudo. Em relação ao perfil bioquímico houve redução nos níveis dos valores medianos de colesterol total e frações no último mês de tratamento.
