The objective of this study was to analyze the impact of the profitability of family farmers on the production of black pepper in the municipality of Acará. In this context, a field survey was carried out in the form of interviews aimed at family farmers in the municipality of Acará. The collected data were used to analyze the Net Present Value (NPV) indicator of the profitable viability of black pepper cultivation. It was found that the small-scale production of black pepper for a given producer was economically viable, given that the indicator used was positive when analyzed, even using an attractive rate of 10%. |
