In this way, the pleasure of reading is also a source of knowledge. Thus, a present research aims to show how comics and a resource to arouse pleasure by reading. In addition, in the work is shown how a comic book helps in the development of reading and writing, in addition to reporting the performance of the students 6th year of the Alzira Pernambuco school, in activities with the use of comics. The methodological approach used in the design of a bibliographic research, where authors such as Abreu (2008), Assis (2010), Bari (2008) and among other authors who were essential in the research were consulted, in addition, a field research with Students teachers of the Alzira Pernambuco School of the sixth grade. O incentivo à leitura precisa ser cultivado desde os primeiros passos do ser humano, pois lê pode ser uma excelente maneira de trabalhar a imaginação, criatividade, escrita e vocabulário. Dessa forma, o prazer pela leitura também é fonte de conhecimento. Assim a presente pesquisa tem como objetivo mostrar que as histórias em quadrinhos é um recurso para despertar o prazer pela leitura. Além disso, no trabalho será demonstrado como a história em quadrinhos auxilia no desenvolvimento da leitura e da escrita, além de relatar o desemprenho dos alunos da escola Alzira Pernambuco, em atividades com o uso das histórias em quadrinhos. O percurso metodológico utilizado no projeto foi: Pesquisa bibliográfica, na qual foram consultados autores, como, Abreu (2008), Assis (2010), Bari (2008) além de outros estudiosos que foram essenciais para o desenvolvimento e concretização do trabalho; pesquisa de campo com os professores da Escola Alzira Pernambuco; análises quantitativas e descritivas. 2018-06-25T20:40:08Z 2018-06-25T20:40:08Z 2018 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação SILVA, Franciane Silva da.
