My objective is to propose a reflection on the difficulties experienced by people who live in the rural area of the municipality of Anapu; to analyze the factors that involve education and that interfere in the learning and permanence of the peasant student, to verify the process and the selection criteria of the educators that work in the rural region of the municipality of Anapu. Reflect on the Pedagogical practices of teachers who work in the rural region of the municipality of Anapu. The research is justified by bringing elements of the reality of the people of the rural area of this municipality, since it is extremely important to reflect on the education offered to the peasant people, which often does not take into account the complexity of factors that involve life rural students who need to work to help support their families. To theoretically base this work through Freire (1987) and Hage and Barros (2010). In the development of this study I chose to divide it into four parts. The opening part of this memorial will be a personal narrative reminiscing from my childhood. In the second part I will describe how I had the first contacts with the school and the beginning of my profession. Finally, I will narrate about PARFOR. In the final considerations I will reflect on the findings. Esta pesquisa em forma de memorial acadêmico abordará a educação do campo, através de relatos reais sobre a minha história de vida. Tenho como objetivo propor reflexão sobre as dificuldades vivenciadas por pessoas que residem na zona rural do município de Anapu; analisar os fatores que envolvam a educação e que interferem na aprendizagem e na permanência do aluno campesino, verificar o processo e os critérios de seleção dos educadores que atuam na região rural do município de Anapu. Refletir sobre as práticas Pedagógicas dos professores que atuam na região rural do município de Anapu. A pesquisa se justifica por trazer elementos da realidade do povo da zona rural deste município, uma vez que é de suma importância refletir sobre a educação ofertada ao povo campesino, sendo que esta muitas vezes não leva em consideração a complexidade de fatores que envolvem a vida dos alunos do campo que precisam trabalhar para ajudar no sustento familiar. Para fundamentar teoricamente este trabalho através em Freire (1987) e Hage e Barros(2010). No desenvolvimento deste estudo optei por dividir em quatro partes. A parte inicial deste memorial farei uma narrativa pessoal relembrando a partir da minha infância. Na segunda parte irei descrever como tive os primeiros contatos com a escola. Na terceiro parte relatarei o início da minha profissão. Por último narrarei sobre o PARFOR.
