Resumo:
This work presents a pressure level control model using a controller processes, using a simple control action and the most existing economic. The proposal presented here aims to implement an improvement in a component of the speed control system of a drive hydraulic generation of a hydroelectric plant. The old system used a detector pressure valve with a mechanical operating principle for pressure testing and targeting oil tank or vessel accumulator as needed by the system of regulation. However, a number of defects occurring in this valve with the binding of one of its components, indisponibilizava generating unit and generated for the maintenance costs of the same, so that the proposed solution is to implement an automated system for monitoring and controlling the variable involved . Improving seeks to minimize outage problems generating unit and minimizing costs, optimizing the process and getting higher reliability and availability of the generating unit. The work also presents studies for this support from the equipment specification, programming and settings migration due to the automated system. It is addressed clearly the physical layout of the components of improvement and the smooth functioning together.
