Such focus is due to the high rate of new cases. Within this scenario, the occupational therapist is trained to play an important role in the occupational aspect of the rescue of women in situations of abuse. Objective: This study aimed to analyze national and international publications of articles that treat violence against women from the occupational therapeutic perspective, either through interventions or through strategies of qualification of these professionals to act in the face of the situation. Methods: This is a systematic literature review, with a quantitative and qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection was performed by search of scientific articles published in the CAPES, SciELO, SCOPUS, PubMed, Lilacs, Virtual Health Library, Medline, REDIB and OTseeker databases. The collected data was analysed according to the Systematic Review Study Appraisal Worksheet and the Qualitative Studies Evaluation Worksheet checklists. Results / Discussion: It was found a total of thirtyseven articles, published in eight different databases. A wide variety of methodological approaches have been observed, as well as some methodological flaws and a wide range of sub-themes, which range from domestic violence to genital mutilation and highlight the occupational harm of women in situations of violence. Conclusion: The knowledge regarding publications of occupational therapy on the subject of violence against women made it possible to understand the importance of publications that contain reports of practice and reflections on occupational therapeutics. Thus, rescuing this debate in both academic and professional environments to foster insertion in new niches of work. Introdução: A violência contra a mulher vem se mostrando uma pauta cada vez mais presente nas discussões sociais e científicas, tal foco deve-se ao alto índice de novos casos. Dentro deste cenário, o terapeuta ocupacional possui formação para desempenhar importante papel no resgate ocupacional de mulheres em situação de violência. Objetivo: O estudo visou analisar publicações nacionais e internacionais de artigos que tratam a violência contra a mulher sob a ótica terapêutica ocupacional, seja por meio de intervenções ou através de estratégias de qualificação desses profissionais para atuar diante da situação. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, de abordagem quanti-qualitativa e descritiva. A coleta foi realizada por meio da busca de artigos científicos publicados nas bases de dados CAPES, SciELO, SCOPUS, PubMed, Lilacs, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, Medline, REDIB e OTseeker. O material coletado foi analisado de acordo com os checklists Systematic Review Study Appraisal Worksheet e Qualitative Studies Evaluation Worksheet. Resultados/Discussão: Encontrou-se ao todo 37 artigos, publicados em 8 bases de dados diferentes. Observou-se uma grande variedade de abordagens metodológicas, assim como algumas falhas metodológicas e uma vasta quantidade de subtemas, que abordam desde a violência doméstica até a mutilação genital e destacam os prejuízos ocupacionais de mulheres em situação de violência. Conclusão: O conhecimento a respeito de publicações da Terapia Ocupacional sobre a temática abordada possibilitou compreender a importância de publicações que contenham relatos de prática e reflexões acerca da atuação terapêutica ocupacional sobre o tema, resgatando esta pauta de debate tanto no meio acadêmico quanto profissional de modo a fomentar a inserção em novos nichos de atuação. Introducción: La violencia contra la mujer está demostrando estar cada vez más presente en las discusiones sociales y científicas, este enfoque se debe a la alta tasa de casos nuevos. Dentro de ese contexto el Terapista Ocupacional tiene un papel importante en el rescate ocupacional de mujeres en situaciones de violencia. Objetivo: El estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar publicaciones nacionales e internacionales de artículos que tratan la violencia contra las mujeres desde la perspectiva terapéutica ocupacional, ya sea a través de intervenciones o mediante estrategias de calificación de estos profesionales para actuar frente a la situación.Métodos: Esta es una revisión sistemática de la literatura de enfoque cuantitativo-cualitativo y descriptivo. La recopilación de datos se realizó mediante la búsqueda de artículos científicos publicados en las bases de datos CAPES, SciELO, SCOPUS, PubMed, Lilacs, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, Medline, REDIB e OTseeker. El material recolectado se analizó de acuerdo con los checklists Systematic Review Study Appraisal Worksheet e Qualitative Studies Evaluation Worksheet. Resultado/discusión: Se encontraron un total de 37 artículos que fueron publicados en 8 bases de datos diferentes. Se observó una amplia variedad de enfoques metodológicos, así como defectos metodológicos y una gran cantidad de subtemas, que abordan desde la violencia doméstica hasta la mutilación genital y resaltan los impactos en las ocupaciones de las mujeres en situaciones de violencia.
