However, there are direct consequences for childhood exposure to covid-19, such as Priria Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (SIM-P) and new clinical forms of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The present observational, descriptive and epidemiological study aims to identify spatial patterns in the distribution of SARS and SIM-P rates by covid-19 in the state of Pará, between January 2020 and June 2022, in individuals from 0 to 11 years, using the OpenDataSUS database and Epidemiological Bulletins of the Ministry of Health. The analysis of the results indicated the uneven and disproportionate way that the covid-19 pandemic has been affecting the different pediatric age groups in the Pará scenario, helping to understand and plan actions to combat covid-19 in the short, medium and long term in different ways. levels of epidemiological management. Durante o início da pandemia de covid-19, infecção respiratória altamente transmissível causada por SARS-CoV-2, acreditava-se que populações jovens que contraiam a doença apresentavam-se como oligossintomáticos, tornando-se principalmente como portadores e transmissores do vírus. Entretanto, há consequências diretas na exposição infantil à covid-19, como a Síndrome Inflamatória Multissistêmica Priátria (SIM-P) e novas formas clínicas de Síndrome Respiratória Aguda Grave (SRAG). O presente estudo, observacional, descritivo e de cunho epidemiológico, tem o objetivo de identificar padrões espaciais na distribuição das taxas de SRAG e SIM-P por covid-19 no estado do Pará, entre janeiro de 2020 e junho de 2022, em indivíduos de 0 a 11 anos, utilizando a base de dados do OpenDataSUS e Boletins Epidemiológicos do Ministério da Saúde.
