In 2012, Law No. 12,796/2012 (known as the Berenice Piana Law) included in this framework of rights the assistance to citizens with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and, more specifically, children. However, despite a whole legal apparatus that guarantees the access of this public to schools, it is possible to analyze that, with regard mainly to the Institutions supported by the Municipalities within the State, the training of teachers and the various professionals of Basic Regular Education is still precarious and minimal compared to the great demand of autistic students. Therefore, this research seeks, through the problematization of the training of the History teacher of Basic Education, knowledge about the concept of School Culture, to apply the concept of Temporality from the skill EF06HI01 of the BNCC referring to the 6th year of Elementary School to autistic children of level 1 and 2 in order to promote a teaching aimed at the inclusion of the autistic public to the usual and interdisciplinary methodologies required in the teaching of History. De acordo com a Constituição Federal de 1988, a Lei nº 9394/1996 de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação (LDB) e a lei nº 8069/1990, conhecida como Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA), todos possuem o direito à educação. Em 2012, a lei nº 12.796/2012 (conhecida como a lei Berenice Piana) passou a incluir nesse quadro de direitos a assistência aos cidadãos com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) e, mais especificamente, as crianças. Entretanto, apesar de todo um aparato jurídico que garante o acesso desse público às escolas, é possível analisar que, no que concerne principalmente às Instituições sustentadas pelos Municípios dentro do Estado, a capacitação dos professores e dos diversos profissionais do Ensino Regular Básico ainda é precária e ínfima se comparado a grande demanda de alunos autistas. Por isso, esta pesquisa procura, através da problematização da formação do professor de História da Educação Básica, do conhecimento a respeito do conceito de Cultura Escolar, aplicar o conceito de Temporalidade a partir da habilidade EF06HI01 da BNCC referente ao 6° ano do Ensino Fundamental às crianças autistas que possuem os graus 1 e 2 com o intuito de promover um ensino voltado à inclusão do público autista às metodologias usuais e interdisciplinares exigidas no ensino de História. 2023-09-26T13:35:52Z 2023-09-26T13:35:52Z 2023-08-30 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação JESUS, Victória Costa de.
