In methodological terms, it is an empirical research, adopted as techniques: interview with open questions applied in the Archive Section. The analysis of the collected data followed qualitative procedures, this research is characterized by Case study. And based on the collected data was sought identify the characteristics of ALEPA's Archive to present the main documental typologies found, to propose recommendations for the preservation of documents for the improvement of ALEPA's Archive and justify the need to have a Records Management program to assist in the activities carried out, therefore, the produced and received documents are essential to the Administration for decision making and also to provide citizens' access to public information. O presente trabalho objetiva apresentar um diagnóstico arquivístico da Seção de Arquivo da Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Pará. Em termos metodológicos, trata-se de uma pesquisa empírica adotou-se como técnicas: entrevista com perguntas abertas aplicados na Seção de Arquivo. A análise dos dados coletados obedeceu a procedimentos qualitativos, caracteriza-se por Estudo de Caso. E com base nos dados coletados buscou-se, identificar as características do Arquivo da ALEPA, apresentar as principais tipologias documentais encontradas, propor recomendações de preservação dos documentos para a melhoria do Arquivo da ALEPA e justificar a necessidade em ter um programa de Gestão documental para auxiliar nas atividades realizadas, pois, os documentos produzidos e recebidos são essenciais à Administração para a tomada de decisões e também para proporcionar o acesso dos cidadãos à informação pública. 2018-08-20T15:57:23Z 2018-08-20T15:57:23Z 2018 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação ROSA, Shirlene Tatiane Ribeiro.
