Is it problematic to verify how archival methods can collaborate for the elaboration of instruments for organizing personal archives? Therefore, the general objective is to present the Personal Archive of the Family and understand the context of its accumulation in order to propose the development of organizational instruments for the archive. And as specific objectives to carry out a review of the literature on personal files; identify the existing document typologies in the archive and verify if there is any organization; adapt which document organization methodology is the most suitable for the archive and execute a document organization and treatment process. In the theoretical framework, an approach is made to personal archives in archival science. For the identification of the file, the archival diagnosis was carried out, through which the data used as a basis for the elaboration of the instruments that helped the archivist in the organization of the Personal Archive of the Neves Family, which are, the Classification Plan and the Temporality Table, finally, the documents of the Neves Family file was classified and organized following the instruments prepared as well, it was found that each file has its own characteristics and documents, and the organization is specific to each existing situation for the personal archive. O trabalho relata a experiência de um estudo de caso na organização de documentos do arquivo Pessoal da Família Neves, que possui documentos acumulados do período de 1962-2022. Tem-se como problemática verificar como os métodos arquivísticos podem colaborar para a elaboração de instrumentos de organização de arquivos pessoais? Sendo assim, Objetivo geral é apresentar o Arquivo Pessoal da Família e compreender o contexto de sua acumulação a fim propor a elaboração de instrumentos de organização para o arquivo. E como objetivos específicos realizar uma revisão na literatura sobre os arquivos pessoais; identificar as tipologias documentais existentes no arquivo e verificar se existe alguma organização; adequar qual a metodologia de organização documental é a mais adequada para o arquivo e executar um processo de organização e tratamento documental. No referencial teórico é feita uma abordagem dos arquivos pessoais na arquivologia. Para a identificação do arquivo foi realizado o diagnóstico arquivístico, que por meio do qual, foram coletados os dados utilizados como base para a elaboração dos instrumentos que auxiliaram o arquivista na organização do Arquivo Pessoal da Família Neves, que são, o Plano de Classificação e a Tabela de Temporalidade, por fim, os documentos do arquivo da Família Neves foi classificado e organizado seguindo os instrumentos elaborados assim como, verificou-se que cada arquivo possui suas características e seus documentos próprios, sendo a organização especifica para cada situação existente para o arquivo pessoal. 2023-11-03T18:07:38Z 2023-11-03T18:07:38Z 2022-07-06 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação NEVES, Kadu Fernando Albuquerque das.
