The objective of the research was to identify and understand this informal knowledge, as well as to explore the relationship between them and the formal Mathematics taught in the classroom. The adopted methodology involved document analysis, bibliographic review and an interview with a professional in the area. The results revealed the diversity of the masons' mathematical knowledge, including area and volume calculation, practical geometry, measurement calculation and budget planning. The ethnomathematics perspective proved to be relevant to value this knowledge and promote a more inclusive and contextualized Mathematics Education. The work's contributions include valuing the masons' knowledge, improving teacher training and promoting a more conscious professional practice. It is recommended that this knowledge be valued in civil construction, the promotion of an ethnomathematics perspective in teaching and further studies in this area. Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso aborda a aplicação da Etnomatemática na construção civil, com foco nos saberes matemáticos utilizados pelos pedreiros. O objetivo da pesquisa foi identificar e compreender esses saberes informais, bem como explorar a relação entre eles e a Matemática formal ensinada em sala de aula. A metodologia adotada envolveu a análise de documentos, revisão bibliográfica e uma entrevista realizada com um profissional da área. Os resultados revelaram a diversidade de saberes matemáticos dos pedreiros, incluindo cálculo de áreas e volumes, geometria prática, cálculo de medidas e planejamento de orçamentos. A perspectiva etnomatemática mostrou-se relevante para valorizar esses saberes e promover uma Educação Matemática mais inclusiva e contextualizada. As contribuições do trabalho incluem a valorização dos saberes dos pedreiros, a melhoria da formação de professores e a promoção de uma prática profissional mais consciente.
