Resumo:
This study aims to analyze the behavior of the collective continuity parameter of electricity DEC (Equivalent Outage Duration per consumer unit) and FEC (Equivalent Outage Frequency per consumer unit) in current years of the seven municipalities which are: Tucuruí, Breu White, New Repartimento Goianésia, New Ipixuna, Jacundá and Itupiranga. These municipalities are located along the lakes of the hydroelectric plant of Tucuruí. This analysis was possible to be done by obtaining the data on the site ANEEL (Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency) which is responsible for monitoring compliance with the targets set by the same regarding the quality and continuity of electricity supply in the country according to the PRODIST Module 8. The analysis was made taking into account the data of the DEC and FEC the years 2010 to 2014 using the actual values and limits of these parameters for each city, and do the analysis through the same comparison charts. Was obtained different results, although there was a fall over the years in the values of real data some cities, but still have high data and in most cities. The distribution system is divided into town to improve the delivery and maintenance. During the analysis the DEC Cities in 2014 obtained the following values on the goal that ANEEL. Tucuruí (10,45%) and (494,125%), Breu Branco (205,43%) and (571.50%), Novo Repartimento (337,07%), Goianésia (42,55%) and (436,55%), Nova Ipixuna (494,09%), Jacundá (55,44) and (432,62), Itupiranga (123,88%) and (309,55%); as for the results obtained from the FEC data in the municipalities in 2014 was: Tucuruí (-35,25%) e (24,33%), Breu Branco (-0,25%) and (16,55%), Novo Repartimento (41,12%), Goianésia (-56,45%) and (34,50%), Nova Ipixuna (13,39%), Jacundá (-44,26%) and (25,42%), Itupiranga (-19,75%) and (-7,76%). Being satisfactory negative and positive unsatisfactory as the continuity of electricity which corroborate that the only parameter that was satisfactory was the FEC only in some areas of the municipalities of Breu Branco, Goianésia, Itupiranga and Tucuruí. But the FEC was above the target set for each city and mostly above the state own goal, stressing that it is higher than the national target. With these data showed that the distribution company in the State of Pará needs to invest in improvements in services to these municipalities to be able to adapt to standards established by ANEEL, aiming to reduce compensation paid due to non-compliance of these indicators.
