The aim of the work is to get educators to know and reflect the importance of the use of play activities as a support in the teaching process of the child; and how this tool is used in the classroom, because we know that the act of playing is of fundamental importance to be used in the day to day life of the child, for this, it must have an educational objective. These resources need to be used mainly in early childhood education, which is the first stage of the child's life, where he often uses this tool and remembers his childhood, which is why he is indispensable. It will also help to contribute to the other series, so this instrument is of great importance to be used in education, but also needs to be seen both for the student and the educator as a form of fun, teaching and learning. It also discusses how the educators of Santa Terezinha Elementary School use their educational practices and how play is being used in the school environment; and how it contributes to the formation of the subject. Based on Vygotsky's theory that man is sociohistorical, the rescue of the transformations in which the child has passed and the theories that affirm the importance of the playful to the student's learning, also reports the importance of an education that contemplates the playfulness in their practice. Therefore, the reflection that comes to us is that the man is related to the means and its production, that is, to the society that lives from its relations and contractions, the child creates, assimilates and learns, therefore, the formation and construction of the child depends very much on the environment that it is inserted.
