With the perspective of narrative research, the objective was to highlight the intertwining between the different phases of his life and training based on remembrance. The dialogues with Paulo Freire, Carlos Rodrigues Brandão, Jorge Larrosa Michael Connelly, Jean Clandinin, Guilherme Prado, Inês Bragança, contributed to weaving knowledge that brings the theme of experiences throughout the phases of life and training, both through memories and through language. Regarding the methodological approach, in dialogue with narrative research in the educational field, the research raises issues of teacher training and social leadership, organized into thematic axes. The path taken in research and training enabled some lessons, among them, discovering herself as a teacher-narrator, the expansion and power of authorial writing, defender of human rights, leadership training in its political and social dimensions Este trabalho apresenta o percurso da autora, discente do Curso de Educação do Campo, a partir do seu memorial de formação, que, mobilizada pelos movimentos sociais em defesa dos direitos humanos, reflete sobre suas experiências vividas ao longo de sua vida e formação, bem como as contribuições do Curso de Educação do Campo na formação de professora e liderança social. Com a perspectiva da pesquisa narrativa, tomou como objetivo evidenciar os entrelaçamentos entre as diferentes fases de sua vida e formação a partir da rememoração. Os diálogos com Paulo Freire, Carlos Rodrigues Brandão, Jorge Larrosa Michael Connelly, Jean Clandinin, Guilherme Prado, Inês Bragança, contribuiu para tecer conhecimentos que trazem a temática das experiências ao longo das fases da vida e formação, tanto pelas memórias quanto pela linguagem. No que tange à abordagem metodológica, em diálogo com pesquisa narrativa no campo educacional, a pesquisa traz questões da formação de professora e liderança social, organizadas em eixos temáticos.
