It focuses on questioning the employment relationship existing between uberized workers and the mediator company, as well as the accentuation of precarious work in times of social crisis. We also seek a jurisprudential analysis of Brazilian law compared to decisions from international courts that also deal with the subject in an avant-garde manner by recognizing the existence of employment relationships and rights. Este trabalho tem por objetivo tratar da uberização dos trabalhadores submetidos ao regime de subordinação aos aplicativos e outras plataformas digitais, especialmente acentuado no período pós-pandêmico do COVID-19. Tem como foco o questionamento quanto a relação de vínculo empregatício existente entre trabalhador uberizado e empresa mediadora, assim como a acentuação da precarização do trabalho em momentos de crise social.
