With the advancement of digital information and communication technologies (TDIC) and the search for teaching methodologies that met the needs and difficulties that arose within the school, TDIC are presented as a convenient and efficient tool in the process of teaching, being inserted more and more in the classroom. In the midst of this scenario, emerges Educational Robotics (ER) as a teaching methodology that aims to provide a innovative learning process for students. This work is an applied research and exploratory that evaluates the potential of these activities as a way to promote environments of hands-on learning where students are the protagonists in the teaching process and they learn everything in practice. For this, a bibliographic review was carried out to define concepts such as maker culture, STEAM methodology and Computational Thinking, in addition to study of tools such as the Arduino robotics kit and the Autodesk Tinkercad software for assist in proposed activities. In addition to this research promoting the achievement of results on the use of ER in the construction of learning where students can “learn by doing”, a maker workshop was developed where students will be encouraged to learn in practice how to building prototypes, learning mathematics working through interdisciplinarity. |
