Therefore, the present work aims to analyze land use and coverage, through data available on the MAPBIOMAS BRASIL v 9.0 platform, from 1985 to 2023. In view of the above, the municipality selected for analysis is Primavera/PA. The choice of this municipality as the unit of analysis is particularly relevant, given the impact of human activities, such as the installation of a Votorantim cement factory (installed in 2016); as well as advances in environmental preservation with the creation of the Filhos do Mangue Marine Extractive Reserve (2024), which have directly influenced land use and local environmental characteristics; another important point is the lack of geospatial information in the research area. Thus, the importance of research in the municipality for analyzing environmental issues such as economic and social is evident. The methodology consisted of bibliographic and documentary research, and the use of software for classification through the Qgis 3.32 software, categorization was done by the color palette, together with vectorization, resulting in the generation of thematic maps classified at different time moments. The results obtained showed that the use and occupation of the land in the municipality in 1985 were mainly constituted by forest formation (90%), and even after the industrial and agricultural advances, we observed that in 2023 the forest formation class prevails to a greater extent (60%), but it is evident that the municipality has been showing a loss in its forest formation with the increase in anthropic actions, especially related to agriculture and urban development, resulting in a landscape and economic change in the region. Existem diversos fatores que demonstram a ação do homem sobre a natureza, isso é percebido conforme suas especificidades e os meios aplicados. Logo, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo, analisar o uso e cobertura da terra, por meio dos dados disponíveis da plataforma do MAPBIOMAS BRASIL v 9.0, no período de 1985 a 2023. Diante do exposto, o município selecionado para análise, é o de Primavera/PA, a escolha desse município como unidade de análise é particularmente relevante, dado o impacto das atividades humanas, como a instalação de uma fábrica de cimento da Votorantim (instalada em 2016); assim como os avanços na preservação ambiental com a criação da Reserva Extrativista Marinha Filhos do Mangue (2024), que têm influenciado diretamente o uso do solo e as características ambientais locais; outro ponto importante é a falta de informações geoespaciais da área de pesquisa. Dessa forma, é evidente a importância da pesquisa no município para análises das questões ambientais como econômico e social. A metodologia consistiu em pesquisas bibliográficas e documentais, e no uso de softwares para a classificação através do software Qgis 3.32, foi feita a categorização pela paleta de cores, juntamente a vetorização, resultando na geração dos mapas temáticos classificados em diferentes momentos temporais. Os resultados obtidos mostraram que o uso e a ocupação do solo no município em 1985 eram constituídos principalmente pela formação florestal (90%), e mesmo depois do avanço industrial e da agricultura observamos que em 2023 prevalece a classe de formação florestal em maior extensão (60%), mas e evidente que o município vem apresentando perda em sua formação florestal com o aumento das ações antrópicas, especialmente relacionado com a agricultura e o desenvolvimento urbano, resultando em uma mudança paisagística e econômica na região. 2024-12-03T01:23:19Z 2024-12-03T01:23:19Z 2024-10-31 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Especialização - Artigo SILVA, Paula Elayane Farias da.
