This article aims to develop softwar that uses machine learning and
computer vision to help psychologists recognize facial expressions and analyze
emotions during patient care. The field research carried out was qualitative in
nature, developed at a private educational institution in the city of Canaã dos
Carajás-PA. A psychologist who provides care to students and family members
at the institution participated in the research. The test data were collected and
analyzed based on an assessment that adheres to the ISO/IEC 25010 standard
conducted by the professional. It is expected that this tool can help
psychologists recognize the expressions and emotions that their patients are
feeling, aiming to find ways to help them effectively. |
