Resumo:
This project was developed to monitor COVID-19 and vaccination in the Baixo-Tocantins region, using Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and census data. Through an application, information on symptomatic individuals and immunization is collected, allowing the mapping of COVID-19 cases and identifying individuals with incomplete vaccination schedules. The corresponding web platform displays this data in charts and tables and provides strategic reports to support decision-making. The system is highly relevant to health managers, aiding in preventive actions and monitoring immunization efforts. The solution's architecture was developed using ReactJS and NodeJS, following an incremental model, and has been tested and deployed on a web server, ensuring efficient data visualization and remote accessibility for users.
