of processes to be followed, which can be cited: survey of the technology park, installation of
a management program, registration of equipment information in a management system,
requests of services by users of medical equipment, service of requested services, generation of
service indicators and analysis of engineering performance through the results of these
indicators. From the implementation of these implantation procedures and the results after a
