This work aims to present a proposal for teaching Jazz Dance, drawn from my observations and analysis of choreographies Glamour Dance (2012) and Sparkle (2013), the genre Jazz Dance, the group I belong to, the Light Group dance, considering my experiences in dance, lived along Degree in dance and also in dance schools I attended. For that, I use qualitative research participant character that will serve as inspiration for the methodology development, as this includes me investigated field, becoming part of the survey. I also use open with the members of the group interviews, as well as the director of the same. Video features, photographic and sound recorders, assisted in the capture of information for research. Theoretical support, the authors elect, Mundin (2005), Correa (2007), and Bevengnu (2011), and his theories, to support my work.
