This research entitled Mahol: The dance of praise as a teaching-learning process, invites us to a reflection about the practice of dance in the Christian liturgical Protestant environment. This paper discusses the vision of the body of the medieval church and its reflections on contemporary evangelical church, with the purpose of understanding the suppression of dance in the medieval church and the growth of this practice in the church nowadays. Your goal is aimed at providing material on the subject, that gain greater authenticity by having a look native of that process, where the researcher works on the perspective of the contemporary evangelical churches, specifically, the Missionary Baptist Church in the Amazon (IBMA) in São Brás . Research caractetizou as a qualitative research initially made a literature search to ascertain the authors regarding the topic in question. Through the use of ethnographic research which led to grasp the reality of field work, from observation, became the investigative analysis of the practice of dance, obtained through interviews with the research group Sibbecai the IBMA. This vision provided the construction of triad-worship dance education, the principles that make this research as a possibility of training beyond the school, considering the man as a social-historical-cultural. In dialogue with dance, worship and education, I present the main authors addressed: Anthony Faro (2004), Judson Cornwall (1995) and Isabel Marques (2007), leading us to brave reflectively, the universe of the cult of the environment Gospel, with reference to the worshiper dance educator, which count as subsidies to enhance the practice of teaching dance in the church, respecting the culture of every denomination, proposing further spread of this practice as an expression of who the experience. The location of the field research was cast by the native look of the researcher, who shares the same denominatiopn, the Baptist. The choice of object of research, the Ministry of dance Sibbecai was the need expressed to the researcher to observe what was already living in their local church so that he could thus see from the outside in their daily lives. Thus, we obtained satisfactory as the process occurred that led to reflection on the practice of dance in worship evangelical Sibbecai observed in the trials at the time of ministry and worship in the IBMA, which showed the dance of praise as a source of education and learning. This practice does not come only as a supplement in the service of the Gospel, but it is the cult of those experiences.
