This paper discusses the vision of the body of the medieval church and its reflections on contemporary evangelical church, with the purpose of understanding the suppression of dance in the medieval church and the growth of this practice in the church nowadays. Your goal is aimed at providing material on the subject, that gain greater authenticity by having a look native of that process, where the researcher works on the perspective of the contemporary evangelical churches, specifically, the Missionary Baptist Church in the Amazon (IBMA) in São Brás . Research caractetizou as a qualitative research initially made a literature search to ascertain the authors regarding the topic in question. Through the use of ethnographic research which led to grasp the reality of field work, from observation, became the investigative analysis of the practice of dance, obtained through interviews with the research group Sibbecai the IBMA. This vision provided the construction of triad-worship dance education, the principles that make this research as a possibility of training beyond the school, considering the man as a social-historical-cultural. In dialogue with dance, worship and education, I present the main authors addressed: Anthony Faro (2004), Judson Cornwall (1995) and Isabel Marques (2007), leading us to brave reflectively, the universe of the cult of the environment Gospel, with reference to the worshiper dance educator, which count as subsidies to enhance the practice of teaching dance in the church, respecting the culture of every denomination, proposing further spread of this practice as an expression of who the experience. The location of the field research was cast by the native look of the researcher, who shares the same denominatiopn, the Baptist. The choice of object of research, the Ministry of dance Sibbecai was the need expressed to the researcher to observe what was already living in their local church so that he could thus see from the outside in their daily lives. Thus, we obtained satisfactory as the process occurred that led to reflection on the practice of dance in worship evangelical Sibbecai observed in the trials at the time of ministry and worship in the IBMA, which showed the dance of praise as a source of education and learning. This practice does not come only as a supplement in the service of the Gospel, but it is the cult of those experiences. Esta pesquisa intitulada Mahol: A dança de louvor como um processo de ensino aprendizagem, nos convida a uma reflexão quanto á prática da dança, no ambiente litúrgico cristão protestante. Este trabalho aborda a visão de corpo da igreja medieval e seus reflexos na igreja evangélica contemporânea, com fins de entender a supressão da dança na igreja medieval e o crescimento dessa prática na igreja na contemporaneidade. Seu objetivo visa á disponibilização de materiais sobre o assunto, que ganha maior autenticidade por ter um olhar nativo desse processo, onde a pesquisadora trabalha sobre a perspectiva das igrejas evangélicas da contemporaneidade, especificadamente, a Igreja Batista Missionária da Amazônia (IBMA) em São Brás. A pesquisa caractetizou-se como uma pesquisa qualitativa, inicialmente, fez-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica a fim de conhecer autores referente a temática em questão. Através da utilização de uma pesquisa etnográfica, a qual permitiu apreender à realidade do trabalho de campo, a partir da observação participante, fez-se a análise investigativa da práxis da dança, obtida através de entrevistas com o grupo pesquisado Sibecai da IBMA. Esta visão proporcionou a construção da tríade dança- adoração- educação, que compõe os princípios desta pesquisa, como possibilidade de uma formação para além da escola, considerando o homem como ser histórico- social- cultural. Em diálogo com a dança, a adoração e a educação, apresento os principais autores abordados: Antônio Faro (2004),JudsonCornwall (1995) e Isabel Marques (2007), que nos levam a desbravar de maneira reflexiva, o universo do ambiente do culto evangélico, tendo como referência a dança e o adorador- educador, que contam como subsídios para reforçar a prática de ensino da dança na igreja, respeitando a cultura de cada denominação, propondo maior disseminação dessa prática como expressão de quem a vivência. O local da pesquisa de campo foi elencado pelo olhar nativo da pesquisadora, que partilha da mesma denominação, Batista. A escolha do objeto da pesquisa, o Ministério de dança Sibecai, ocorreu pela necessidade que a pesquisadora manifestou em observar o que já vivia na sua igreja local, para que pudesse dessa forma visualizar de fora para dentro sua vivência diária. Dessa forma, obteve-se dados satisfatórios como o processo ocorrido que levou a reflexão da prática da dança no culto evangélico, observado nos ensaios do Sibecai e no momento de ministração no culto na IBMA, o que evidenciou a dança de louvor como fonte de ensino e aprendizado.
