Specifically, it is intended to provide opportunities for reflection on teaching work with regard to literacy and literacy in multigrade classes; deepen knowledge about the proposed themes; trigger a (self) formative process based on the life-training stories of teachers inserted in Rural Education in Manaus. This is a training procedure, entitled Autobiographical Letters Workshop — Navigating letters, weaving stories, which proposes a path of (self) formation, through (auto)biographical writing in letters produced during six workshops/meetings in which participants have the opportunity to remember, retell and recreate their life stories and training until they reach teaching in Rural Education, together with readings, discussions and problematizations of themes that emerged from the master's research that gave rise to this Training Proposal. This procedure proved to be possible and viable for the purpose for which it was designed, and can be used in other training contexts. A Proposta Formativa apresentada neste produto educacional foi construída com o intuito de contribuir para a formação continuada de professores do Ensino Fundamental — Anos Iniciais, a partir da promoção da reflexão sobre seu trabalho docente no que se refere à alfabetização e ao letramento em turmas multisseriadas da Educação do Campo — EC, além de colaborar na compreensão de si e na (auto)formação docente, por meio da escrita (auto)biográfica em cartas. De modo específico, pretende-se oportunizar momentos de reflexão sobre o trabalho docente no que se refere à alfabetização e ao letramento em turmas multisseriadas; aprofundar os conhecimentos acerca das temáticas propostas; desencadear um processo (auto)formativo com base das histórias de vida-formação de professores inseridos na Educação do Campo de Manaus. Trata-se de um procedimento de formação, intitulado Ateliê de Cartas Autobiográficas — Navegando em cartas, tecendo histórias, que propõe um percurso de (auto)formação, por meio da escrita (auto)biográfica em cartas produzidas durante seis ateliês/ encontros nos quais os participantes têm a oportunidade de rememorar, recontar e recriar suas histórias de vida e formação até chegarem à docência na Educação do Campo, juntamente com leituras, discussões e problematizações de temáticas que emergiram da pesquisa de mestrado que deu origem a esta Proposta Formativa.
