To facilitate the search for professionals in the field of Information Technology, this
work proposes an integrative system between companies and educational institutions,
allowing for the monitoring of students' academic trajectories and the compatibility of
their professional profiles with the demands of the job market. The system will enable
employers to search for profiles that meet their needs, while students will be able to
view job opportunities in IT companies. The development of the system follows a
qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive methodological approach, aimed at analyzing
the compatibility between job vacancies and the profiles of course graduates. The
system will also provide suggestions for extra courses based on the selected job
vacancies, helping to enhance the skills of professionals in training. Moreover, it will
integrate the student's academic curriculum with the requirements of the offered
vacancies, increasing the chances of successful job placement. The objective is to
assist students in transitioning to the job market by offering a platform that not only
facilitates the discovery of opportunities but also promotes the continuous development
of necessary skills and qualifications.
