Resumo:
This research has as main objective to present a proposal to contribute with the development of digital abilities of coordinators of Telecenters, in order to potentiate the use of the software available in these spaces. Therefore, we chose the Case Study as an approach, having forty-five (45) coordinators of Municipal Telecenters as research subjects and the Educational Technology Management (GTE) of Manaus as a locus. In this context, we created an Activity Plan for Telecenters (PAT), with the aim of offering new practices for the development of certain digital skills. It is composed of a Diagnostic Questionnaire to identify the difficulties encountered by the coordinators to carry out projects in the Telecenters; a (self) evaluation rubric, applied to identify the level of digital skills of coordinators in the areas of information and information literacy, communication and collaboration, and creation of digital content; a Learning Roadmap, used for the exploration of Scratch and a Roadmap for the development of projects in the Telecenters, in order to contribute to student learning, through the mediation of the coordinators, in partnership with the teachers. After the application and evaluation of the PAT, we also followed part of its implementation, with the implementation of the Roadmap for the elaboration of projects with Scratch in a municipal school, with a fourth year class of Elementary School. Among the innovative aspects of this research, we highlight the fact that the coordinators learned to work with Scratch, from the practice of the research, following defined steps that help in the development of digital skills and that can be applied to other software, allowing the adoption of new pedagogical practices to the teaching-learning context and broadening the understanding of the Telecentre as an extension of the classroom. The results demonstrate that the contributions of PAT are related to the aspects that comprise the navigation, search and filter of information, and to the storage and retrieval of information, in which the participants developed different methods and tools to organize the information found and use of a set of strategies adopted for the recovery of the contents, folders, files, in such a way that they were able to save the information considered pertinent to the work with the Scratch, as well as the animations created in the software, of autonomous form. However, the use of PAT was not effective for the development of skills related to content creation, integration and re-elaboration of these contents. As an educational product, we present the Digital Skills Development Guide with the use of Scratch, which contains the Telecentre Activities Plan, we seek that the coordinators develop digital skills and therefore help teachers and students to also develop their own skills.
