Logistics regarding the issues were always placed at a level that was not up to their relevance. The issue to be addressed is much in evidence in all industrial sectors: Logistics. Many companies use logistics not enjoying their real virtues that are the increased level of service, productivity and cost reduction. These logistics virtues are obtained by its intrinsic characteristics as control, integration and coordination of all activities involved in the system, from design to the final product. The research tries to show the attempts of a problem solution. Trying to show so that everyone understands how difficult it is facing, and is intended to address. The Industrial Pole of Manaus is presented today as a new option for export. The region is undergoing a process of transition to achieve balance its trade deficit and still quite becomes an export base of many products produced there. The parts industry requires high flexibility by a logistics operator. One of the main demands of those who operate in this segment is to provide intelligent services and advanced technological systems for storage, since the speed in separation and speed of deployment is critical, and the delivery time is very important. Thus the main objective of this study is to conduct research about the main logistics characteristics of parts in the Amazon. |
