The educational system should guarantee access, permanence and learning for all students, regardless of whether disabled or not, but this requires the implementation of public policies that guarantee investments for special education. In this sense, this research aims to identify and analyze the main public policies for Special Education in a School in the municipality of Parintisns / AM, and so that the disabled student has a quality education is necessary to define and implement public policies that guarantee the conditions necessary to effect an inclusive education system.As part of the methodology, we use research: qualitative, direct observation and interviews with teachers, one (1) Regents Professor of the common room and a teacher responsible for the ESA (Educational Service Specialist).The results show that when the individual is and feels included, are more likely to succeed in life, to feel safer and fact have more opportunities. No presente trabalho será abordado as Politicas Públicas para Educação Especial na Perspectiva Inclusiva e sua Implementação em uma Escola do Município de Parintins/AM, e fazer uma reflexão sobre a educação especial na perspectiva inclusiva visto que, a educação deve ser vista como um direito de todos, e as pessoas com deficiência tem esse direito de usufruir da educação, assim como qualquer outro cidadão sem deficiência. O sistema educacional deve garantir o acesso, a permanência e a aprendizagem de todos os alunos, independente de ser deficiente ou não, mas para isso é necessário à execução de políticas publicas que garantam investimentos para a educação inclusiva. Nesse sentido, esta pesquisa teve o intuito de observar como se dar o processo de implementação das principais políticas públicas para Educação Inclusiva em uma Escola do município de Parintins/AM. Para que o aluno com deficiência tenha uma educação de qualidade faz-se necessária à definição e implementação de políticas públicas que garantam as condições necessárias para efetivar um sistema educacional inclusivo. Como parte da metodologia, utilizamos as pesquisas: qualitativa, a observação direta e a realização de entrevistas com professores, sendo um (1) professor (a) regente da sala regular e um professor (a) responsável pelo AEE (Atendimento Educacional Especializado).
