Resumo:
The relacto aims to analyze how we are implementing the inclusion policies in municipal public schools in the city of Manaus, with emphasis on continuing education managers. The educational legislation and studies undertaken in different regions have indicated the need for initial and continuing training of managers to act in the inclusive school. The research is a qualitative approach, based on the idea that reality is dynamic and can be seized by studies related to the peculiarities of the subjects and their relations with the history, culture, politics and society. Being analyzed the contents of the documents related to the implementation of the multifunctional resources, training managers to act in the inclusive school and the guidelines that regulate the specialized education in the school system. This procedure is to source Opinions, Resolutions, Ordinances, guidelines, laws and decrees on the basis of documents issued in the period 2007 to 2013 a search was performed on the INEP site to survey the number of multifunction rooms. The dialectical historical materialism will allow the reading of the classics, based on the verified contradiction between what is explained in the official documents and what is legitimate in everyday school life. It is expected that the results make it possible to obtain an overview of the implementation of inclusion policies in the municipality and indicate possibilities of intervention in the reality of the Amazon region, in partnership with the University and the public school system. The research is a qualitative approach, based on the idea that reality is dynamic and can be seized by studies related to the peculiarities of the subjects and their relations with the history, culture, politics and society. It is expected that the results make it possible to obtain an overview of the implementation of inclusion policies in the municipality and indicate possibilities of intervention in the reality of the Amazon region, in partnership with the University and the public school system.
