The educational legislation and studies undertaken in different regions have indicated the need for initial and continuing training of managers to act in the inclusive school. The research is a qualitative approach, based on the idea that reality is dynamic and can be seized by studies related to the peculiarities of the subjects and their relations with the history, culture, politics and society. Being analyzed the contents of the documents related to the implementation of the multifunctional resources, training managers to act in the inclusive school and the guidelines that regulate the specialized education in the school system. This procedure is to source Opinions, Resolutions, Ordinances, guidelines, laws and decrees on the basis of documents issued in the period 2007 to 2013 a search was performed on the INEP site to survey the number of multifunction rooms. The dialectical historical materialism will allow the reading of the classics, based on the verified contradiction between what is explained in the official documents and what is legitimate in everyday school life. O estudo objetiva compreender como vem sendo implementadas as políticas de inclusão na rede pública municipal de ensino da cidade de Manaus, com ênfase na formação continuada de gestores. A legislação educacional brasileira e os estudos desenvolvidos em diferentes regiões vêm apontando a necessidade de formação inicial e continuada de gestores para atuação na escola inclusiva. A pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa, por partir da concepção dos pesquisadores de que a realidade é dinâmica e pode ser apreendida mediante estudos relacionados às peculiaridades dos sujeitos envolvidos e suas relações com a história, a cultura, a política e a sociedade. Serão analisados os conteúdos dos documentos relacionados à implantação das salas de recursos multifuncionais, à formação de gestores para atuação na escola inclusiva, às diretrizes que normatizam o atendimento educacional especializado nos sistemas de ensino. Tal procedimento será realizado em Pareceres, Resoluções, Portarias, Diretrizes, Leis, Decretos e Emendas Constitucionais, com base em documentos expedidos no período de 2007 a 2013. O materialismo histórico dialético permitirá a releitura dos clássicos, tendo como base a contradição verificada entre o que é explicitado nos documentos oficiais e o que se legitima no cotidiano escolar. Espera-se que os resultados possibilitem a obtenção de um panorama sobre a implementação das políticas de inclusão no município e apontem possibilidades de intervenção na realidade da região Amazônica, em parceria com a Universidade e a rede pública de ensino.
