Resumo:
Predicting results is essential to better production analysis and decision making in the oil industry. Thus, this work consists in the construction of a simulator to calculate the well’s potential of a well under effect of the continuous gas lift method. For this, the software Excel 2016 was used as a platform for project development. After extensive literary review, equations were inserted based on the literature, aiming to facilitate the use of complex calculations for gas lift system’s analysis, as well as, to automate the obtaining results process and, with this, to allow a better analysis of the production caused by this lift method. In this way, the simulator allows a fast and reliable value of optimum gas injection flow, one of the main variables to be considered for the well production analysis of a well under the effect of this lift method.
