Resumo:
COVID-19 is a respiratory disease acquired by inhaling droplets expelled into the air that we breathe close to carriers. Until vaccine development, the only effective way to avoid contagion are measures of social isolation. The social exposure index measured through the location of satellite cell phones was evaluated in the 10 most critics municipalities. It is noted that the exposure levels correspond, with two to three weeks of delay, to a proportional increase in the rate of speed per capita of deaths. The correlation of these two indices it also made it possible to assess the effectiveness and level of adherence to social isolation measures.
