In this sense, the objective of this work is to relate technologies in the context of Smart Cities that make use of the Internet of Things, describing the difficulties and benefits of its implementation. The research methodology in this work is based on the principles of Experimental Software Engineering which is based on the conduct of a secondary study: the Systematic Mapping. As a result, 13 technologies were identified in the literature, such as Big Data and Cloud Computing. As benefits we can mention reduction of energy consumption and monitoring of CO2 bases, and as difficulty the availability of internet anywhere in the city O conceito de Cidades Inteligentes está cada vez mais, relacionado ao emprego eficiente de Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação e do uso dos recursos da internet como uma ferramenta para melhorar a infraestrutura e serviços da cidade, consequentemente trazendo melhor qualidade de vida. Nesse sentindo o objetivo deste trabalho é relacionar as tecnologias no contexto de Cidades Inteligentes que faz uso da Internet das Coisas, descrevendo as dificuldades e benefícios de sua implementação. A metodologia de pesquisa adotada neste trabalho está fundamentada nos princípios da Engenharia de Software Experimental que se baseia na condução de um estudo secundário: o Mapeamento Sistemático. Como resultado, foram identificadas na literatura 13 tecnologias, como o Big Data e Computação em Nuvem.
