Resumo:
In the current context there is a need for management systems with desirable performances, becoming an indispensable technology to serve the most diverse branches of institutional and business activities. Organizations need to be aware of this point so that their sectors can operate effectively. In this context, the Evaluation Committee of the Information Systems Course of the Institute of Exact Sciences and Technology of the Federal University of Amazonas for the management of the processes related to the complementary activities of the institution's students, who currently use a spreadsheet that limits the effectiveness of the control overtime. Due to this fact, an exclusive system was requested to manage requests for complementary activities that would be said to be ideal. Thus, this work aims to develop a digital system to manage the evaluation control of academic-scientific-cultural activities of students at the Institute of Exact Science and Technology / Federal University of Amazonas. The methodology consists, first, in a study to compose the theoretical foundation and define the initial proposal of this work. From this, the system was built, which includes requirements gathering, documentation definition as well as implementation. Finally, a usability and functionality assessment of the SCAC system was carried out. As a result of the evaluations, we can mention that the SCAC system was well accepted and helps in the evaluation management of complementary activities.
