Studies show that since 2017, Brazil has had the largest number of people with anxiety disorders in the world. There are almost 19 million Brazilians with their quality of life compromised by this disorder. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic caused by Coronavirus contributed directly, triggering mental disorders and even aggravating existing cases. This disorder, in turn, directly interferes with student learning, hindering the ability to acquire knowledge, retain or use skills and abilities, which affects academic performance. Given this reality, the aim of this article was to prepare an informative booklet focused on the reality of the city of Coari - Amazonas, providing a tool and indicating the possibility of helping these cases in our school environment. Thus, the booklet was built using the Powerpoint application according to the recommendations for the design and effectiveness of educational materials, according to the characteristics of the content, language, organization, layout, illustrations and information, keeping in mind two basic principles, that of promoting self-information and help in seeking appropriate help. It was verified the importance of an informative material capable of contributing to change the reality of our students. A saúde mental vem sendo cada vez mais o tema de interesse de trabalhos, pesquisas e artigos científicos em diversas áreas, abrangendo as áreas de saúde ao campo da educação. Estudos mostram que desde 2017, o Brasil vem tendo o maior número de pessoas com transtornos de ansiedade em todo o mundo. São quase 19 milhões de brasileiros com a qualidade de vida comprometida por este distúrbio. Junto a isso, a pandemia da Covid-19 causada pelo Coronavírus, contribuiu diretamente, desencadeando transtornos mentais e até agravando casos já existentes. Esse distúrbio, por sua vez, interfere diretamente na aprendizagem de estudantes, dificultando a capacidade de adquirir conhecimentos, reter ou usar habilidades e destrezas, o que afeta o desempenho acadêmico. Diante dessa realidade, o objetivo deste artigo foi elaborar uma cartilha informativa voltada à realidade da cidade de Coari - Amazonas, disponibilizando uma ferramenta e indicando possibilidade de ajuda a esses casos em nosso meio escolar. Dessa forma, a cartilha foi construída através do aplicativo Powerpoint conforme as recomendações para concepção e eficácia de materiais educativos, de acordo com as características do conteúdo, linguagem, organização, layout, ilustrações e informação, tendo em mente dois princípios básicos, o de promover a auto informação e ajudar a na procura de ajuda adequada. Verificou-se a importância de um material informativo capaz de contribuir para modificar a realidade de nossos estudantes. 3 Enxugar melhor os campos.
