A strategic communication consultancy in the digital environment for micro-
enterprises, small businesses and micro-entrepreneurs is essential due to the needs
that characterize the performance of these organizations in online sales and in the
development of their businesses on the internet. The main objective of this research
is to prepare the business plan of a consulting company in strategic online
communication for micro and small businesses. It is an applied research, exploratory
and descriptive nature and qualitative approach. The result is the preparation of the
business plan of the company ArtComunicar, which has the following structure:
executive summary, company, Public Relations plan and financial plan. The
conclusion is that the Manaus market has room for a business-oriented
communication consultancy, but requires more preparation in financial management
by the owner. |
