Resumo:
This work dives directly into the sea of innovation that has been taking over the world in recent decades. The research seeks to study the communication of startups at different levels of maturity and their influence on the success of the business, thus seeking to present them as a possible field of action for Public Relations professionals. It is through the analysis of three startups and their communication actions, which are at different points of maturation and development, Atelo, Rehearsal and Communy, that the study investigates, through interviews, research into theoretical references and observations of these companies, the role of communication in the success of startups and demonstrates how communication and, in particular, Public Relations are fundamental to the success of organizations, whether traditional or startups.
