The generation of solid waste by civil construction, in addition to the lack of integration between public spaces and the private by architecture, has enhanced a great imbalance in the ecosystem and a distancing from social cooperation relations in urban centers. Therefore, it is proposed as an objective in this work to project a multi-family mixed-use residential complex, with solutions that can contribute to sustainability and cooperative practices, promoting a
balanced ecosystem and an integrated community. By relating the parameters mentioned, it seeks to prove to society in general and experts in the construction market that it is possible to build by generating impact on the environment and strengthening bonds of unity in the community. The project will use certifications such as LEED to prove the level of sustainability housing complex and also the national certification PBE builds to achieve a level of positive energy efficiency in buildings, adopting bioclimatic, promoting thermal comfort, both in internal spaces and external building.
