Therefore, it is proposed as an objective in this work to project a multi-family mixed-use residential complex, with solutions that can contribute to sustainability and cooperative practices, promoting a balanced ecosystem and an integrated community. By relating the parameters mentioned, it seeks to prove to society in general and experts in the construction market that it is possible to build by generating impact on the environment and strengthening bonds of unity in the community. The project will use certifications such as LEED to prove the level of sustainability housing complex and also the national certification PBE builds to achieve a level of positive energy efficiency in buildings, adopting bioclimatic, promoting thermal comfort, both in internal spaces and external building. A geração de resíduos sólidos pela construção civil, além da carência na integração entre espaços públicos com o privado pela arquitetura, tem potencializado um grande desequilíbrio no ecossistema e um distanciamento das relações de cooperação social nos centros urbanos. Diante disso, propõe-se como objetivo neste trabalho projetar um complexo residencial multifamiliar de uso misto, com soluções que possam contribuir para a sustentabilidade e práticas de cooperativismo, promovendo um ecossistema mais equilibrado e uma comunidade integrada. Ao relacionar os parâmetros mencionados, busca-se comprovar para sociedade em geral e especialistas do mercado da construção civil de que é possível construir gerando menos impacto ao meio ambiente e fortalecendo os laços de união na comunidade. O projeto utilizará certificações, como LEED para comprovar o nível de sustentabilidade e também a certificação nacional PBE edifica para atingir um nível de eficiência energética positiva nas edificações, adotando técnicas bioclimáticas, promovendo o conforto térmico, tanto nos espaços internos quanto externos da edificação. 2 Melhorar a explicação da parte da Licença.
