Resumo:
The text refers to research of Completion Work of this Course that aimed to understand the Institutional Scholarship Program for Initiation to Teaching (PIBID) from the perspective of supervising teachers of basic education schools in the municipality of Humaitá - AM, in order to contribute to the teaching professionalization of future teachers and with the actions of Pibid in public schools. This is qualitative and of a narrative nature, for research and the investigation data of the research means of realization with the thematic identification areas, to which the subjects of action, the Pibid relationship and the Characterization of the Program's actions at school. The Google platform was sent to teachers by the Forms pandemic, due to the distance regulated by the Research Ethics Committee, caused by the covid-19 pandemic. The analysis and analysis of the information were supported by Textual Discursiva. The results offer several times in their careers, the teachers participated in the Program, as well as the main activities developed by Pibidianos, as well as their importance and contribution in the teaching and learning process in the classrooms. We verified the aspects that will allow us to reflect on what should follow and what attitudes should take into account the activities of the activities, maintaining the link between schools and university.
