This is qualitative and of a narrative nature, for research and the investigation data of the research means of realization with the thematic identification areas, to which the subjects of action, the Pibid relationship and the Characterization of the Program's actions at school. The Google platform was sent to teachers by the Forms pandemic, due to the distance regulated by the Research Ethics Committee, caused by the covid-19 pandemic. The analysis and analysis of the information were supported by Textual Discursiva. The results offer several times in their careers, the teachers participated in the Program, as well as the main activities developed by Pibidianos, as well as their importance and contribution in the teaching and learning process in the classrooms. We verified the aspects that will allow us to reflect on what should follow and what attitudes should take into account the activities of the activities, maintaining the link between schools and university. O presente texto refere-se a uma pesquisa de Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso que teve por objetivo de compreender o Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) a partir da perspectiva dos professores supervisores das escolas de educação básica do município de Humaitá - AM, a fim de contribuir para a profissionalização docente dos futuros professores e com as ações do Pibid nas escolas públicas. Essa pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa e de caráter narrativo, para a produção dos dados realizamos a investigação por meio de questionários com as temáticas de identificação das áreas em que o Pibid atua, a trajetória dos sujeitos da pesquisa, a relação do professor-Pibid e a caracterização das ações do Programa na escola. O questionário foi enviado aos professores pela plataforma Google Forms, devido ao distanciamento regulamentado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa, atitude ocasionada pela pandemia da covid-19. As análises e discussões das informações foram respaldadas pela Análise Textual Discursiva. Os resultados obtidos apresentam quantas vezes em suas carreiras, os professores participaram do Programa, assim como as principais atividades desenvolvidas pelos pibidianos, bem como sua importância e contribuição no processo de ensino e aprendizagem nas salas de aula.
