ABSTRACT
The human being in his life trajectory goes through various processes of development, whether physical, emotional and psychological. In each of these moments there are numerous and different changes characteristic of each phase of human development. Adolescence is one of the most complex, as it is the age of transition from child to adult condition. The term "adolescence" comes from Latin, where ad = "for" and olescere = "grow". Soon, adolescence has the literal meaning "grow for". The Online Dictionary of Portuguese conceptualizes adolescence as the period of human development defined by the transition between youth and adulthood; phase that begins after puberty. The authors replicate that adolescence is a time in which many changes occur: the biological changes associated with puberty, the social and educational resulting from the transition in school grades, as well as in family and friends relationships. For educators, it is unanimous, the certainty that the school is one of the environments where adolescents most develop their cognitive, sociological and affective skills. In the school environment, they are provided with moments and experiences that contribute to their development. The result of the demotivation of students by school activities or by the absence of them, appears in the low performance of their real potentialities. Adolescents who are easily distracted, especially, with the advent of cell phone equipment, which has become part of people's daily lives, affective relationships with boyfriends. But in suma, much of this demotivation is attributed to the disinterest of the individual himself who is in a trance with this new stage of discoveries, and really, it does not seem to be very flexible to studies. According to the ECA, in its "Art. 60. - Any work is prohibited for minors under fourteen years of age." But what really interests us in this research is the issue of school decline and failure as a result of the demotivation resulting from the mandatory vertical or horizontal social isolation that closed all establishments that generated any kind of agglomeration. |
