The present work presents the result of a research entitled "The teaching-learning process in
the early years in a pandemic period: experience reports of the supervised internship in the
early years in hybrid teaching in a school in the municipality of Benjamin Constant-AM". The
interest in this theme arose from the internship in the early years of the Pedagogy course. The
general objective of this study was to know how the teaching-learning process took place in
the early years in hybrid education during the Covid pandemic period from a 2nd year class of
a public school in the municipality of Benjamin Constant. For this, we sought to characterize
the physical structure of the institution aimed at the development of educational activities in
hybrid teaching, to meet the children and teachers of the 2nd year class of the initial years of
the investigation field and their pedagogical practice, to present the actions developed in the
class from the Rádio Escola Program and the challenges of hybrid teaching in the educational
work of the investigated class and to describe a pedagogical practice carried out during the
internship in the early years in the hybrid modality. For this, a field research was developed,
with a phenomenological approach and a qualitative approach, as well as the participant
observation, the questionnaire and the documentary survey were used as data collection
procedures. Texts and works of theorists were studied that deal with the internship, the
educational process in the early years and teaching during the pandemic, as well as the
educational legislation that deals with the internship, the initial years of elementary school
and remote and hybrid teaching. The study showed that the investigated field has an organized
infrastructure and material resources that meet the security protocols and infrastructure
parameters for educational institutions and that, during the pandemic, actions were taken to
promote security, the right to health and the child's right to learn, striving for a creative,
dynamic, contextualized, participatory and interactive pedagogical program with an
educational program developed by a traditional and popular means of communication, the
radio that followed the planning and activities described in the booklet of the Rádio Escola
program that directed hybrid teaching in schools in the municipal education system of
Benjamin Constant-AM. |
