The interest in this theme arose from the internship in the early years of the Pedagogy course. The general objective of this study was to know how the teaching-learning process took place in the early years in hybrid education during the Covid pandemic period from a 2nd year class of a public school in the municipality of Benjamin Constant. For this, we sought to characterize the physical structure of the institution aimed at the development of educational activities in hybrid teaching, to meet the children and teachers of the 2nd year class of the initial years of the investigation field and their pedagogical practice, to present the actions developed in the class from the Rádio Escola Program and the challenges of hybrid teaching in the educational work of the investigated class and to describe a pedagogical practice carried out during the internship in the early years in the hybrid modality. For this, a field research was developed, with a phenomenological approach and a qualitative approach, as well as the participant observation, the questionnaire and the documentary survey were used as data collection procedures. Texts and works of theorists were studied that deal with the internship, the educational process in the early years and teaching during the pandemic, as well as the educational legislation that deals with the internship, the initial years of elementary school and remote and hybrid teaching. The study showed that the investigated field has an organized infrastructure and material resources that meet the security protocols and infrastructure parameters for educational institutions and that, during the pandemic, actions were taken to promote security, the right to health and the child's right to learn, striving for a creative, dynamic, contextualized, participatory and interactive pedagogical program with an educational program developed by a traditional and popular means of communication, the radio that followed the planning and activities described in the booklet of the Rádio Escola program that directed hybrid teaching in schools in the municipal education system of Benjamin Constant-AM. O presente trabalho apresenta o resultado de uma pesquisa intitulada “O processo ensinoaprendizagem nos anos iniciais em período de pandemia: relatos de experiência do estágio supervisionado nos anos iniciais no ensino híbrido em uma escola no município de Benjamin Constant-AM”. O interesse por essa temática surgiu a partir do estagio nos anos iniciais do curso de Pedagogia. O objetivo geral desde estudo foi conhecer como se deu o processo ensino -aprendizagem nos anos iniciais no ensino híbrido durante o período pandêmico da Covid a partir de uma turma do 2º ano de uma escola pública do município de Benjamin Constant. Para isso buscou-se caracterizar a estrutura física da instituição voltada para o desenvolvimento de atividades educativas no ensino híbrido, descrever as crianças e docentes da turma do 2º ano dos anos iniciais do campo de investigação e seu fazer pedagógico, bem como apresentar as ações desenvolvidas na turma a partir do Programa Rádio Escola e os desafios do ensino hibrido no trabalho educativo da turma investigada. Para isso se desenvolveu uma pesquisa de campo, de enfoque fenomenológico e abordagem qualitativa, bem como foram utilizados como procedimentos de coleta de dados a observação participante, o questionário e o levantamento documental. Foram estudados textos e obras de teóricos que tratam do estágio, do processo educativo nos anos iniciais e do ensino durante a pandemia, bem como as legislações educacionais que tratam do estágio, dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental e do ensino na remoto e híbrido.
